Drill weekend, monthly and annual pay for every Reserve and Guard grade, at the 2026 rates.
Every figure here is a multiple of one thing: your daily rate, which is monthly basic pay divided by 30. A drill period pays one day; a weekend pays four; a standard drill year pays 63.
Pick a grade and years of service to pull your own row out, or read the chart below.
A dash in the chart means the grade does not exist at that longevity step. Where a figure repeats across columns, the grade has capped — E-5 stops rising at 12 years.
2026 rates, effective 1 January 2026, derived from the DFAS basic pay tables at one day of basic pay per drill period. Gross figures before tax, FICA, TSP, SGLI and TRICARE Reserve Select premiums. Drill pay carries no BAH or BAS — those apply only on orders exceeding 30 consecutive days. Verify against your LES.
